These Terms of Service govern your use of Velu's tools and services. By using Velu, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully — they are written in plain language and are designed to be fair to both you and us.
Velu is an AI-powered business operations service operated by Henrique Moreira, based in Espoo, Finland. Velu provides five AI-powered tools for B2B sales and customer service teams: email triage, pipeline health reporting, process gap mapping, competitive intelligence and task tracking.

By accessing or using any Velu tool or service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use Velu.
These terms apply to all users of Velu, including visitors, free trial users and paid subscribers.
Velu provides AI-powered tools that analyse text inputs provided by users and generate structured outputs including classifications, reports, analyses and recommendations. The service is powered by the Anthropic Claude API.
Velu's tools are designed for professional business use. They are not intended for personal, consumer or non-business purposes.
The following tools are currently available:
Velu offers a 14-day free trial with full access to all modules. No credit card is required to start a free trial. At the end of the free trial period, continued use of Velu requires a paid subscription.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free trial offer at any time without notice.
Velu offers three paid subscription tiers: Solo (€29/month), Team (€79/month) and Business (€199/month). Enterprise pricing is available on request. All prices are exclusive of VAT where applicable.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
You agree to use Velu only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not:

You retain full ownership of any content you submit to Velu. By submitting content, you grant Velu a limited, non-exclusive licence to process that content solely for the purpose of providing the requested service.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that any content you submit complies with applicable law, including GDPR and other data protection legislation. You must obtain any necessary consents before submitting data relating to other individuals.
Velu does not claim ownership of outputs generated in response to your inputs. You are free to use, share and publish outputs as you see fit, subject to Anthropic's usage policies.
Velu's outputs are AI-generated and must not be relied upon as professional advice. All analyses, reports, classifications and recommendations produced by Velu are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute legal, financial, commercial, HR or any other form of professional advice. You should always apply your own professional judgement and, where appropriate, consult qualified professionals before acting on any Velu output.
AI-generated outputs may contain errors, inaccuracies or omissions. Velu does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or fitness for purpose of any output.
Velu and its tools, design, code, branding and documentation are the intellectual property of Henrique Moreira / Velu. All rights are reserved. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from Velu's interface or tools without our express written permission.
The Velu name, logo and motto "The light in your operations." are proprietary to Velu.
To the maximum extent permitted by Finnish and EU law, Velu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
Velu's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these terms or the service shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to Velu in the three months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Finnish or EU law.
Velu aims to provide a reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates or circumstances beyond our control, including outages affecting Anthropic's API or Netlify's hosting infrastructure.
We will endeavour to notify users of planned maintenance in advance where possible.
You may stop using Velu at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Velu if you violate these terms or if we reasonably believe your use poses a legal, security or reputational risk to Velu or its users.
Upon termination, your right to use Velu ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including sections on intellectual property, liability and dispute resolution — shall remain in effect.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. For significant changes affecting paid subscribers, we will provide 30 days notice by email. Continued use of Velu after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Velu shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Finland.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us at hello@velu.fi to resolve any dispute informally. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve disputes amicably.
If you are a consumer in the EU, you also have the right to use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
